The waterways, watchtowers, forest rules and wildlife remain part of a shared, regulated natural landscape. Private guests do not receive exclusive forest zones, private watchtowers or guaranteed wildlife access.

Comfort, transport and price
Private does not convert Max Adventures into an AC houseboat. The overnight format is functional and open-air. Guests who need AC cabins and attached bathrooms as the centre of the experience should choose Whispering Winds.
For private tours, Kolkata pickup and/or drop is optional and is not automatically included unless stated in the written confirmation. Guests may reach the agreed boarding point independently or request a customised transfer. Any transfer arrangement, vehicle, timing and applicable charge will be confirmed before booking.
Safety arrangements, meals, transport and route are confirmed in the quote for the selected private format.
Private-tour price depends on date, duration, group, transport and confirmed operating arrangement. Share the requirement to receive the current quote and inclusions.
Private forest-permit programme
Private forest-permit sightseeing can be requested and remains subject to permit availability, authority approval and operating conditions. The Shared Day Tour minimum of 9 confirmed guest slots does not apply to private tours.
The written quotation or confirmation will state whether a forest-permit programme is included. A Forest Guide is included only when forest permission is confirmed. Where permission is unavailable, an alternative Sundarban river and mangrove route that does not require forest permission may be offered.
