Before pickup
Prepare for the day
Report at the selected pickup point approximately 15 minutes before pickup. Carry the identification and guest information requested in the booking instructions.

Scheduled Kolkata pickups
The shared vehicle follows the confirmed pickup sequence. It cannot wait indefinitely because the boat and confirmed programme depend on reaching Godkhali on time.
Morning road journey
Travel to Godkhali
Travel through the eastern/southern Kolkata corridor and onward toward the Sundarban gateway. The exact road time varies with traffic and local conditions.
9:30–9:45 AM
Board Max Adventures
Board Max Adventures at Godkhali, complete crew instructions and begin with welcome tea/biscuits.
Around 10:15 AM
Breakfast and cruise
Breakfast is served as the boat proceeds through the river landscape.
Late morning
Confirmed forest or river programme
If the forest-permit programme is confirmed, a Forest Guide accompanies that component and a permitted forest/watchtower programme may be included. No named watchtower is guaranteed unless specifically confirmed. If permission is unavailable, an alternative Sundarban river and mangrove route may operate without a Forest Guide being automatically included.
Around 11:30 AM
Snack
A freshly prepared snack is served onboard as the journey continues.
Around 1:30 PM
Bengali lunch
Lunch is served onboard. Menu and service timing can vary with route and operating conditions.
Afternoon
Mangrove waterways and return cruise
Continue through the available waterways at a pace appropriate to the day’s route, tide and permissions.
Around 3:30 PM
Tea and snacks
Afternoon refreshments are served while returning toward Godkhali.
Around 4:30 PM
Disembark and start for Kolkata
Board the return vehicle after the boat reaches the jetty.
Around 7:30–8:30 PM
Kolkata return
The final time varies with traffic and drop sequence.

Max Adventures operates on Tuesdays. The permitted forest and sightseeing programme may differ from other days and is confirmed before booking according to current Forest Department instructions, tide, weather and operating conditions.
